Bottle Gourd

I've been doing Summer Workshops for two weeks so not had much time.
Last week the Olympics in London and this week I'm in Ancient Egypt with the kids

Bird's Nest

Work in progress. I'm going  to draw this from a different angle.
Not sure what bird made this nest but it does have plastic on the outer layer. I think I actually prefer the first stage of the drawing below, I found the inside layer more fun to draw.........

Another cauliflower

I enjoy painting cauliflowers but I was distracted as I'm eager to get started on a bird's nest I've just been given.(Now the tiny ants have vacated) Most women get flowers, diamonds or chocolates........
This is a different cauliflower, now to make a cheese sauce.
