Everyday in May 29
Draw something in your favourite colour.........red is one of them,
but do understand why when I ask some kids this question they say "rainbow"
Colour to me means different things, for different purposes

Everyday in May 27
Draw something dangerous, a quick centipede.
We have a few venomous snakes over here but accidents happen when people scare them or don't see them.......these (not so ) little critters seem to enjoy biting

Everyday in May 26
Draw a bench....Lamma Ferry pier
Not an inspiring bench in itself but a lovely view.
I messed this one up by using the ink pen...should have been patient and waited to mess it up after scanning

Everyday in May 24/25
Draw a cat, I'm doubling up on two days of challenges.
When I was small I always wanted a cat but my Dad was strictly a dog man. Here is Pearl, who moves around rather a lot for a cat that sleeps all day.My other cat was featured in last years EDiM.
Now to paint or not to paint? I want to do a painted version to show her colour and markings

Everyday in May 17 soap
EDiM 16 soap...my daughter's soap with loofah inside....in old soap dish
Did some of the detail with a blue ink pen I found at home, big mistake....still love a paintbrush, much softer and wanted to add highlights but now know the pen isn't waterproof... I thankfully did a scan before this.

Everyday in May 16
EDiM 16...Draw a stapler....well ....staples were more interesting, ( can you have visual typos ?) unfinished, will post finished version tomorrow. Sketched it out , then knocked over the box........would be more interesting to draw the untidy version of staples hastily and badly thrown back in the box (but life is too short and I have a bar of soap to find

Everyday in May 13
Draw a seashell or something with a shell....a quick snail, drawn from a series of photographs I took a few years ago
Draw a seashell or something with a shell....a quick snail. I have done sketchbook studies of this snail before I kidnapped it, put it on the balcony and it ran away, caught it again the second time round the building....it kept visiting me every few days http://debra.morris.hk/2012/10/great-african-snail.html
