bitter melon! I love it and missing it. I used to hate it whenever my mom cooks it, and couldn't figure out why people would eat such a thing... and now, I can't figure out why I love it either. =) Thanks for your comment Deb. I hope my hand will heal soon too, and the kitten is getting bigger now ^^ I have been wanting to do something with HK street scene too... but I am sure nothing as big as what you're doing. =) Can't wait to see it!
Thanks everyone, for those of you curious about the taste they are very very BITTER! I believe they are good cooked with something very rich and chillies and ginger but I still haven't acquired the taste. Apparently good for cleansing the blood and liver.
