I had a birthday last week but also a stomach bug. The blue scarf was a lovely gift, the most amazing ultramarine blue silk, which is hard to capture with watercolour....here's the first attempt.
Whoa! This is really cool! Love the contrast between the blue and the orange. I've been painting folds myself on this very date - they aren't easy and you've done a fine job of it - and it looks quite silky too!
Love the contrasting colors and the folds in the scarf are just great!
