Playing catch up ....EDiM 7 Draw an oven. I don't have a microwave but here's my small oven which is about the same size. It works well but it would make my life so much easier if it had 2 shelves

Thumb
a quick thumb, in between making two lasagnas (and the washing up that comes with it) and a hint of what I intend to do tonight........too lazy to do the text but the book is "Life after Life" by Kate Atkinson....a book I should have read before today so I could have gone to the book club.....this afternoon. Enjoying it !
(and maybe a manicure to sort out my wrinkly hands)

Umbrella
Everyday in May number 3
Draw an umbrella.......this is a friends parasol from Burma/Myanmar but it is waterproof so could be an umbrella.
Another subject I am playing around with as a theme for paintings...will be posting the inside and open views at a later date.

Happy New Year!
Happy New Year everyone!
Better late than never.I have deserted my blog for a long time but now back finally.
The good news is that I have been busy with commissions but, must admit to some holiday laziness too.
In Hong Kong we have another holiday on the 31st too, so am going to make my resolutions for the Chinese New Year.....

Dim Sum No 1
Har Gao, prawn dumplings.
After sketching these for the Arthouse Sketchbook a few years ago, I always wanted to do some watercolour versions.
Finished this before last week's exhibition (with four other artists) and it sold before I got to post it.
A very nice feeling
I'm thinking of including this (or a range of dim sum) in the limited edition prints.....
what would you like to see as prints?
