Both pages are beautifully done despite the paper. You are right about leaving the text until last, it's one of the things I've decided I will do in my next(!) sketchbook project.
Nice! I have a couple of pairs of jeans with the same hole in the same pocket where I put my wallet all the time. From then onwards I put my wallet in my front pocket...weird, I know ^^
