I found this on the way to the beach this morning, again on cigar box wood.

  2. As I said on your fluffy feather painting shown in Flickr; I love your use of wood for your painting. It lends it a magical quality and has a trompe l'oeil effect. Your use of subtle shadow also stops this from looking like a painting at all. Brilliant.
